We are very sorry to inform you that on the morning of 29th August, our computer system had been hacked.
While the extent of the incident is still being investigated, we are informing you now so that you can take appropriate steps expeditiously.
We had immediately reported the matter to the Singapore Police Force, Cyber Security Agency of Singapore and the Personal Data Protection Commission. We are working with the Police, our IT and Cybersecurity Consultants to fully investigate the breach and to take all necessary actions to prevent recurrence.
Potentially Affected Information
The data breach was probably limited and confined to data collected from our past marketing activities. Data that may potentially have been compromised include one or some of the following: Name, Age, Gender, Date of Birth, I/C nos, Mailing address, Email address and Contact nos.
Potentially Affected Customers
We have already sent an SMS to all Potentially Affected Customers, alerting them on this incident.
We would like to remind you to stay alert and vigilant and to be on guard against suspicious individuals contacting you via email or by phone and do not give any personal data to anyone whose identity you cannot verify.
